  Poor service in resolving product failure after 10 weeks.. Sent me to a survey site, that just has you create something.. Contacted manufacture.. Oh,,, they close at 430 eastern and I am on the west coast.. Purchase was easy.. resolving a issue.. not so much.. added note: after a series of phone calls by me to various corporate locations and calls/emails to the actual manufacture. The local company did offer full credit or replacement; buyers should gain full understanding of how this company handles defective products.
